COOKIES
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work properly, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used.
We use the following main types of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies – these are required for the operation of our website and online shop (for example, cookies set by WordPress and WooCommerce to keep you logged in, remember what is in your basket, process orders and remember your cookie preferences). These cookies cannot be switched off using our cookie banner, although you can still block them via your browser settings (which may affect site functionality).
- Analytics and performance cookies – these help us to understand how visitors use our website, for example via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity. They allow us to count visits and traffic sources, see which pages are popular and understand how visitors move around the site.
- Functionality and live chat cookies – these are used to provide enhanced functionality and features such as our live chat tool (tawk.to). They may remember your previous chat history during a session so that we can support you effectively.
- Marketing and advertising cookies – from time to time, we may use cookies set by us or by third parties to deliver relevant advertising or measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
On your first visit to our site, you will be asked via our cookie banner whether you consent to the use of non-essential cookies. You can update your choices at any time by using the cookie settings link on our site (where available) and you can also control cookies via your browser settings. If you disable some or all cookies, some parts of our website may not function correctly.
